When using this website to make a reservation, customers acknowledge and agree that Paragliding PRO and its managers do not assume any responsibility for incidents, accidents, damages or failures occurring during flights carried out by instructors or partner pilots.

10. Limitation of Liability

Paragliding PRO, its managers and the website www.paragliding.com.pt cannot be held responsible for any damage, breakdown, failure or accident occurring on flights carried out by instructors or partner pilots. Responsibility for any incidents or accidents lies solely with the instructors or partner pilots themselves.

11. Insurance and Equipment

All flights carried out by our partners are carried out with certified equipment, guaranteeing the safety and protection of passengers. However, Paragliding PRO does not have any accident insurance. It is the instructors or pilots who are responsible for taking out accident insurance that covers their own passengers. Paragliding PRO is not responsible for any failure in the equipment or insurance used by instructors or partner pilots.

12. Modifications and Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time as necessary. Any changes will be notified via the website and will come into effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the website after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
